Contemporary Flair

There were a number of subtle changes in the layout of this kitchen that made a big difference. We removed the soffit to create a more open feel. The oven was relocated to make more pantry space and create larger landing zones around the cook top. The backsplash and vent hood were designed to be a focal point in the kitchen. Glass tile and a glass wall hood have contemporary lines and contrast with the warm cherry cabinetry.

Rejuvenated

Minor changes to the floor plan allowed us to create this relaxing, spa like environment. We optimized the available space enlarging the shower and closet. The custom vanity provides significantly more storage and outlets were installed in the cabinets for electric tooth brushes and cell phones. A deep whirlpool tub with a heater, towel warmer and heated floor will keep the owners toasty on the coldest of winter mornings.

Fresh Ideas

This kitchen had an excellent layout and the cabinets were in good shape. To update the look, a number of minor changes were made to create focal points and a bright, fresh look. The cabinets were faux painted, with the island in a different color to make it more prominent. In addition, new stainless appliances, granite countertops, and a new backsplash completed the renovation.

California Touch

We combined the main bathroom and a separate dressing area into one larger guest bath. The tile looks like a natural slate but is a ceramic product. There are metallic accent tiles randomly placed in the shower surround to create visual interest. The vanity was attached to the wall and floated off the floor and the under cabinet lights are a convenient night light.

Refreshed

This home was built in the mid-70s. We relocated the oven and installed a large wine cooler. Natural materials were used through out the renovation and sleek black granite and stainless steel appliances are balanced by the warm-toned cherry cabinets. By using renderings, clients can visualize their finished project before construction begins.

Small Changes Make A Big Difference

For this small bathroom, our client wanted updated features and a roomier feeling without changing the room’s footprint. We used a simple color scheme, a frameless shower door and wide, mirrored medicine chest to make the space feel larger. To add a focal point, a different tile pattern and decorator tiles were used in the shower.

The Most of a Small Space

This bathroom was originally built with a small room for the shower, sink and toilet. A larger room adjacent was used as a dressing area. The owners wanted a bathroom large enough to allow them to both get ready in the morning at the same time. The wall cabinet above the toilet offers extra storage and the frameless shower enclosure makes the small space look larger.

Ready for the Market

In order to get this condominium ready to sell, we updated the kitchen and bathrooms as well as installing new carpet and paint through out the unit. A built in microwave freed up countertop space. Simple cabinets were installed and the existing appliances were cleaned. The budget was met and the unit sold in a short period of time for close to list price.
